Once your company is registered, everyone can check upon its current information in the Commercial register. Everyone can see the company’s managing director, shareholders, scope of activity, address and the company’s capital amount.

The manager of the company is the company’s representative. A company cannot be registered and function without a manager. It can be the same person as the company’s owner or a different one. There is also no limit of how many managers a company can have. What really important is the manager should always pay security contributions every month based on the monthly remuneration. They are around 30% off the monthly remuneration.
