Changes in the company
Changes in the company refer to change of name, address, scope of activity, company capital, management or shareholders. Every change has to recorded in the Commercial register where the ‘company file’ is stored.
Most changes are fairly easy to make and only require simple documents to be filed at the register while others are performed only through notary certification of the documents.
The company manager can file documents for changes in the company on paper or online with a digital signature. However, most companies find it easier to authorize a lawyer to take take of the changes.
