Terms Of Service

The current document governs the relationship between ScaleIn.bg as 1) administrator of the website www.scalein.bg and 2) provider of business incorporation and management services on one hand, and 1) the users of the website and 2) consumers of the services provided by ScaleIn.bg

  1. Definitions

1.1 “ScaleIn.bg” is Advokatami.bg LTD, registered in Bulgaria under UIC 204364658, with registered address 1408 Sofia, 22 Byala cherkva str., fl.8, app.28, email hi @ scalein.bg.

1.2 “User” is every visitor to the website www.scalein.bg.

1.3 “Consumer” is a user who has ordered the services of ScaleIn.bg under the procedure, declared in the current document.

1.4 “Website” is the total aggregation of content, published on all web pages under the domain name www.scalein.bg.

  1. Use of the website

2.1 The content published on the website is protected by copyright of ScaleIn.bg.

2.2 ScaleIn.bg can not be held responsible for temporary or permanent inability of a user to access the website due to technical or other issues.

2.3 Using certain features of the website interface may require the provision of private data by the user. Such data will be specifically requested from the user and only gathered and used for the purposes of communication, initiated by the user or for the provision of services requested by the client.

3.1 ScaleIn.bg offers the following services:

1) Company incorporation;

2) Representation before banking institutions;

3) Business and personal accounting services;

4) VAT registration;

5) EORI registration

6) Virtual office

7) Other

3.2 All services are performed on the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria. Some of the services are provided not by ScaleIn.bg but of subcontractors of ScaleIn.bg. Each consumer is entitled to be informed about the specific service providers before making an order.

3.3 The “company incorporation” service includes providing legal information; drafting documents; filing documents and representation before administrative and private entities for the purpose of a registering a company owned and managed by the customer in the Commercial register of the Republic of Bulgaria.

3.4 Representation before banking institutions covers assistance with opening an account in a Bulgarian bank for depositing the initial company capital of a customer’s company in a process of registration as well as representation of the customer regarding various banking services including opening a checking account, setting up online banking and issuing a company debit card.

3.5. Accounting services are services ensuring the compliance of a customer or a company owned by a customer with the Bulgarian legal acts governing taxation and accounting.

3.6 The VAT registration service constitutes of registration of an entity at the Bulgarian National revenue agency under the Bulgarian VAT act and the provision of a VIES number associated with the registration.

3.7 The EORI registration service constitutes constitutes of registration of a an entity in the Bulgarian Customs agency for the purpose of acquiring an EORI number.

3.8 The virtual office service constitutes of provision of address which can be used for registering a customer’s company in the Bulgarian Commercial register as well as forwarding correspondence in paper.

3.9 Other services are all services, not included in the current document which can be ordered by a user through the interface of the website.

3.10 ScaleIn.bg may refuse to provide any of the above services to users or customers in respect to who exists reasonable doubt of current or future illegal activity or pursued illegal purposes or results, including but not limited to money laundering and tax evasion.

  1. Orders, payments and refunds

4.1 A user can order services from ScaleIn.bg directly through the website interface or through written communication via email with the employees or contractors of ScaleIn.bg.

4.2 A service not ordered through the website interface is considered ordered once an offer has been made by an employee or contractor of ScaleIn.bg to user and the user has accepted the offer through a written statement sent via email.

4.3 Payments for the services of ScaleIn.bg can be made through wire transfers or by using the services of third parties – registered payment providers through the website interface or after instructions by employees or partners of ScaleIn.bg.

4.4 All fees payable to ScaleIn.bg can be a subject of refund in case of failure by ScaleIn.bg to provide the ordered services according to the terms and conditions agreed upon for the specific service.

4.5 Refund not provoked by non-provision of services can be granted for services the provision of which has not yet started by the time when the refund request has been sent to ScaleIn.bg.

  1. Miscellaneous

5.1 ScaleIn.bg is not a legal firm, registered under the Bulgarian Lawyer act and the services provided by ScaleIn.bg do not constitute legal services under the same act.

5.2 ScaleIn.bg shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform any of their obligations in connection with the supply of any services ordered by the customer through the website or otherwise, if the delay or failure results from events or circumstances outside its reasonable control.

5.3 These Terms of service shall be governed by and construed in all respects in accordance with the laws of Bulgaria. Any dispute that arises concerning the interpretation of these Terms and Conditions shall be resolved in the courts of Bulgaria.

5.4 If at any time any provision of these These Terms of service is held invalid or unenforceable under any applicable law, the remainder of same shall remain in full force and effect.
